Truth Serum is an experiment combining the radically contrasting production and concepts of Bronx-born horrorcore emcee Spaghetti Blacc, and Tomasia who’s conscious rhymes have been likened to a hybrid of MC Lyte and Angela Davis. The duo came together to record a concept album released under genre-spanning label Blacc Ski Weekend Industries.
